Established in 2001 and operating from our current location since 2003 we are a small family business located on our residential property off Crescent Head Road. But this is no ‘backyard’ job. We have a council approved, purpose built work shop as well as a showroom where you can see first hand what sets us appart from our competition. We also have hundreds of satisfied customers  many of whom offer their testimonies. As winners of the 2010 HIA Northern NSW Cabinet Maker / Kitchen Manufacturer of the Year you can be sure that this is a professional and reliable business where we pride ourselves on a job well done.

 It was a passion for producing high quality cabinetry that led Andrew Wight to establish Creative Design Cabinet Making. Andrew was frustrated by poor design and manufacturers cutting corners and compromising on quality. His solution was to set up his own workshop and to take control from design through to installation.

After much hard work the results of Andrew’s passion and dedication speak for themselves with Creative Design Cabinet Making being firmly established in the Macleay Valley and surrounds with a reputation for excellence.

Creative Design Cabinet Making are members of HIA Kitchens and Bathrooms as well as being involved with the Kempsey and District Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Trudi is also very active with in the Macleay River Business Women's Network.

Creative Design Cabinet Making has also been involved in supporting many local sporting clubs, educational facilities and charities including the Kempsey Golf Club, the Kempsey Bowling Club, Crescent Head Pre School, Crescent Head Public School and the Combined Services Charity Ball to name just a few. Ceative Design Cabinet Making have also been proud sponsors of the 2008 and 2009 Kempsey Golf Club Ladies Open.

Creative Design Cabinet Making have been the recipients of several awards over the past few years. The 2010 and 2011 HIA Northern NSW Cabinet Maker / Kitchen manufacturer of the Year awards recognise their committment to quality workmanship and HIA have stated that they are  leaders in their industry. In addition 2011 has also seen the business recognised within their local community at the Macleay Argus Business Awards, winning the Home Based Business of 2011.
